10 month check up

I saw Dr. Cody yesterday! I am perfect!  I am ahead of the game for development, and I am at the 91 percentile for weight (23.95), 86 percentile for height 30 Inches and 56 percentile for head 18!

I took 8 steps by myself but still refuse to walk. I say Mama and Dada with intention!  I am a sweet baby who takes it when brother is mean to me. He doesn't mean to be. He just gets made at mama or daddy and takes it out on me :(  He will eventually learn to use his words or I will beat him up as I am totally going to be bigger!

Climbing little monkey

I love to climb!  There is nothing that I cannot attempt to climb. Lately my fave is to climb up a toilet into a bathroom sink, specifically Mamas! I am fast and determined!  I am cute too! I can climb anything super super super fast!  Now that i am walking it is even faster. Mama will catch me on the tv stand then by the time she looks again I am across the room on the end table.. She tells me I am a monkey!  I am a cute monkey!

Walking

I started really walking yesterday!  10 months old and walking!  WHOO HOO I rock!  Today brother let me drive him around on his tractor. That made me super happy!  I am going to have to get him to drive me on his jeep now!  I love to drive or ride!

i was sick this week. My first sickness :(  Mama held me non stop!  I feel better now without meds and am back to normal!

Mama

 I say "mama" with intention. First word with intention!  I made mama happy!  I'm also standing by myself and took a few steps.

Mama had a double mastectomy which caused her lots of pain though she totally pushed through even if she said ow when holding me.

She let me stay with my Emmy and Uncle for 10 whole nights.. I mean I visited with her every day but I sooo missed my mama at night. Since I have been back, I snuggle super tight with her and do not let her move!  She is so snuggly and warm. I also love waking up to my big brother and get the biggest smile on my face!

I am also a climbing monkey. I now can climb up the toilet and to the sink :D  Mama says i am going to give her a heart attack. I climb everything. My fave is up and down the bed and up and over the ottoman to repeat, over and over again. 

I am a sweet curious hunk of meat, or so I am told!

Mama may not have her boobies but I am okay with that as long as I have her!

New Year, New tricks

I am almost walking. I can take one step then i sit. I am loving being able to move around and crawl fast!  I do not like it when Mama leaves my sight but when she is in the room will play like a good boy! I did not like the on the ground fireworks but LOVED the big ones.  Mama was sweet and snuggled me tight!

Brother has taken an interest in me and likes to carry me around to where he wants me to play. Though I like playing by myself!  I like playing with Mama too!  She smiles when i talk to her. I even said "MAmamamamamama"the other day, but won't repeat it.

I also have a new upper left tooth!  It is cute!  I love food! If you are eating, I will be right next to you begging like a puppy! I am a cute puppy too!  I make a cute little cry for food!  Food is yummy!

I am growing up fast!

I am walking with the Barbie jeep, I am flipping my self so I can get off the bed feet first, i am eating ANY food you give to me or i find. I really like tearing up tangerines from the outside to get to the juicy middle. It makes me happy and makes Mama giggle!  I love to smile!  I smile with my whole body!  I love my Mama, I will follow her or find her anywhere!  If I am crawling to her and see her i speed up!  I just cannot get enough of my Mama.   If i see her, I am happy to sit and play by myself!  I know she is there if I need her but I love playing alone!  I love sleeping alone too in the toddler bed, as long as I can reach out and feel Mama there. She said I am sleeping better and better each night!  I am a sweet baby, at least that is what I am told often!

When I wake in the  morning I crawl on Mama smiling, then I see brother and  smile even bigger!  Once Mama gets up to the bathroom, I follow her. Usually I have to poop at the same time as her. True story, she calls it the gray poop time. She is funny!  She leaves toys in every room for me to play in. They always end up back in a box, it is like magic!

Today I have to go get a shot but then I get to go see lights!  Brother is super excited, so I guess I should be too!

I should be walking soon!  I am trying really really hard!

I am a stinker.. a cute one at that!

Everyone keeps telling me i am a cute stinker. I grin and do this grin as i grunt a giggle. I smile with my whole body!  My eyes light up and I tighten up almost in a ball as i smile!  I am loving food!  I see someone with food and I am right beside them doing my grin, grunt, giggle move. It works. Every. Single. Time!  People love to feed me! Even brother gives up his food for me!  Mama also lowered the bed so I wouldn't fall out. She says she has surgery soon.  This worries her.  She loves to snuggle with me. She is a good Mama, she doesn't even get mad when i wake her up every single morning at 5:30. She said she would be happy when I realized I could go back to sleep until at least 7. Not sure why I want to do that when i can see her smile at me smiling at her :D  She loves me!  I love brother too, so I get very very excited when he wakes up!  He is grouchy in the morning. Mama said, he is like her, and I am like Daddy. Daddy doesn't need much sleep but mama and brother sure do!
